DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station biedt een geweldig uitzicht, uitzonderlijke service en bruisende eet- en drinkgelegenheden en is momenteel op zoek naar Groups, Conference and Events Executive om het team van het Booking Office te versterken.

Ons hotel beschikt over een bekroonde rooftop bar & terras, pop-up restaurant Eastwood Beer & Grill, een Lobby Bar inclusief onze eigen in-house bibliotheek, onze eigen LOT61 Coffee Store, Amsterdams meest uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet, vijftien veelzijdige vergaderzalen en 557 gastenkamers.

Spannend nieuws Het hotel ondergaat een complete renovatie, rebranding en herpositionering van alle Food & Beverage locaties in het hotel in 2023 / 2024, te beginnen met de opening van onze rooftop bar LuminAir eind juni 2023. De herinrichting van de kamerinventaris zal ook deel uitmaken van dit aanstaande project

Sluit je aan bij ons fantastische team als onze nieuwe Groups, Conference and Events Executive. Gelegen in het bruisende hart van Amsterdam, is het Boekingskantoor een geweldige plek om je Groepen, Conferentie en Evenementen Carrière te starten met blootstelling aan een diversiteit aan gasten.

Deze functie omvat de volgende hoofdtaken:

  • Maximaliseren van omzetkansen op het gebied van groepsreserveringen, conferenties en evenementen door het stimuleren van sales leads en het verhogen van conversies
  • Je hebt veel contact met gasten en klanten met de bedoeling om herhaal- en uitbreidingsopdrachten te verdienen.
  • Inkomende vragen ontvangen en converteren om doelen te bereiken en inkomsten te maximaliseren
  • Focus op een consequent uitgevoerde up-selling aanpak.
  • Bouw sterke relaties op met klanten om hun behoeften volledig te begrijpen
  • Regelen en uitvoeren van hotel showrondes
  • Deelnemen aan promotionele activiteiten van het hotel

  • Aantoonbare werkervaring in een verkoopomgeving
  • De perfecte kandidaat spreekt vloeiend Engels (Nederlandse taalvaardigheid is een voordeel).
