For a company in Rotterdam we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager.

Someone who will create the overview of the different IT departments and support team leads with it management, such as change management and configuration management.


You will support the different teams to mature the service management activities by enhancing and standardize operational service management reporting across the operational teams, introducing trend reporting and relieving the technical support team from change management and configuration management process tasks.


  • Establish (trend) reporting and implement a monthly KPI's and SLA's review process within IT operations
  • Standardize operational service management reporting across the different operational teams (defines ones, use many)
  • Enhancing/ making the next steps in optimization the Configuration Management Database.
Assignment

Ensure an optimized multiparty incident, change and problem management process within IT Operations.

  • Monitor and escalate the open issues to expedite closure on all matters related to IT operations in EMEA.
  • Be responsible for monitoring, (trend) reporting and reviewing the achieved monthly KPI's and SLA's within IT operations
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements through active engagements within the operational teams.
  • Organizes, develops, enhance and standardize operational service management reporting across the operational teams
  • Efficiently overseeing the flow of changes and ensuring they are executed effectively and align with organizational goals
  • Facilitating Change Advisory Boards (CABs): Leading the review and make informed decisions on change requests, playing a crucial role in the decisionmaking process
  • Responsible for leading, managing, and delivering results on optimization and solutions for the Configuration Management Database.

Functie Eisen:

  • At least 10 years' experience in IT service management
  • Proficient in ITIL framework and processes
  • Experienced with largescale global implementations and standardizing operational service management reporting
  • Understanding of services portfolios
  • Expertise in using various monitoring, ITSM and planning tools
  • Proven track record in driving and improving processes
  • Expert with ServiceNow tooling

This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks.

To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
