Job Description

: Ensure that all defined country & customer requirements are met for all outbound shipments, including preparation of correct paperwork and providing documents & information to expedition; Collaborate with internal & external parties to ensure customer satisfaction; Determine whether challenges are structural or exceptional, in order to prioritize problem solving; Inform Customer Service of any potential delays and assist in finding solutions when problems arise; Perform miscellaneous administrative & operational tasks; Ability to carry both operational tasks, as well as questioning them to be able to constantly improve the way we work according to defined processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor level thinking. A degree in e.g. Logistics or Supply Chain Management is an advantage; Proven experience with export documentation; Proven track record within Supply Chain sector, mainly transport related; Proven communication skills are fundamental; Project experience, both as a leader as well as a strong member is an advantage Knowledge how to apply Lean tools is an advantage.

Job Requirements:

Ownership; Problem solving; Continuous Improvement; Relationship management; Planning and Organizing; Analytical thinking; SAP WMS/Oracle IMS knowledge is a plus; Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, knowledge of Dutch language is an advantage.
