- Ensure that all defined country & customer requirements are met for all outbound shipments, including preparation of correct paperwork and providing documents & information to expedition;
- Collaborate with internal & external parties to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Determine whether challenges are structural or exceptional, in order to prioritize problem solving;
- Inform Customer Service of any potential delays and assist in finding solutions when problems arise;
- Perform miscellaneous administrative & operational tasks;
- Ability to carry both operational tasks, as well as questioning them to be able to constantly improve the way we work according to defined processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor level thinking. A degree in e.g. Logistics or Supply Chain Management is an advantage;
- Proven experience with export documentation;
- Proven track record within Supply Chain sector, mainly transport related;
- Proven communication skills are fundamental;
- Project experience, both as a leader as well as a strong member is an advantage
