Omschrijving

De Opdrachtgever zet op dit moment stappen om het Operationeel Risk Management Framework verder te ontwikkelen en te verbeteren naar aanleiding van een aantal interne en externe observaties. Omdat de organisatie compact is, zoeken zij gespecialiseerde externe kennis om te helpen dit te bereiken en risico-instrumenten te integreren in de staande organisatie.

Gezien het huidige volwassenheidsniveau van de 1ste lijn ten aanzien van risicomanagement is het noodzakelijk om een way-of-working op te stellen en te implementeren voor herinrichting van het control framework.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van een projectplan waarin duidelijk wordt wat de voorgestelde aanpak gaat zijn, welke concrete deliverables er opgeleverd worden en de wijze waarop er periodiek over voorgang gerapporteerd gaat worden.
Aan het einde van de opdracht hebben de werkzaamheden van de opdrachtnemer geresulteerd in de succesvolle implementatie van, conform de projectplanning, deliverables ten aanzien van:
Uitvoering van de Risk & Control Self Assessments (RCSA) voor alle vastgestelde kritieke processen;
Heldere / eenduidige set aan risico's en controls passend bij het risk profiel van de organisatie (proportioneel en risk-based);
Controls uitgewerkt in control beschrijving, monitoringsscript en testsscript. Dit implementeren in de business zodat zij hiermee verder kunnen;
Data implementatie in GRC tool;
Opzetten methodiek voor de kwartaarlijkse review van de operational risk controls (ToD/ToE) door zowel 1ste als 2de lijn;
Opzetten/ aanpassen relevante standaarden / procedures met betrekking tot control monitoring;

De opdracht:
Start: ZSM
Duur: 6 maanden, met kans op verlenging
Uren: 32 of 36 uur per week
Locatie: 2 à 3 dagen per week op kantoor
Type opdracht: Interim, je bent al ingeschreven bij de KVK en bent in het bezit van de benodigde verzekeringen om als Interim professional te opereren
