Role and Responsibilities

How you make a difference

As a Marketing AI Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an AI-driven marketing transformation strategy that aligns with Samsung's business objectives. You will identify opportunities to integrate AI and advanced marketing technologies, conduct market analyses, and collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.

In this role, you will create AI-powered operational blueprints, implement marketing AI tools, and drive AI innovations that enhance marketing activations and engage consumers. You will work across teams, foster AI integration into our creative processes, guide stakeholders, and continuously push boundaries to refine our marketing strategies.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement an AI-driven marketing strategy.
  • Identify business needs and AI opportunities within the organization.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to optimize priorities and resources.
  • Create AI-powered operational blueprints for efficient sales and marketing processes.
  • Implement AI marketing tools into daily operations.
  • Drive AI-powered marketing innovations to enhance activations and consumer engagement.
  • Establish collaborations with internal and external AI experts.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to foster innovation and AI expertise.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies where needed.
  • Translate complex AI concepts into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML developments and share knowledge within the organization.

Your Team

As Marketing AI Transformation Lead, you will be part of the Marketing and Business Strategy team in Corporate Marketing department, which focuses on marketing and business strategies based on actionable insights and analytical solutions. The team consists of marketing strategists, loyalty strategists, business strategists, and consumer market analysts. You will closely collaborate with various departments, including content creation, design, and digital marketing. Reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Marketing (CM), you will play a key role in shaping the future of our marketing strategies by integrating AI-driven creativity.

To excel in this role, you bring a strong foundation in AI and digital transformation, paired with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into impactful marketing strategies. You have a strategic mindset, a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, and a passion for integrating AI-driven solutions into business processes. Your expertise enables you to drive innovation while effectively collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

We also request:

  • A master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Information Management, Business Analytics, Strategy Management, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in AI, digital transformation, or a similar role, ideally within a leading consulting firm or enterprise environment.
  • Experience in AI-driven business development, including creating value propositions and responding to RFPs is a plus.
  • A track record of leading large-scale projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in competitive analysis, business strategy, and AI-driven marketing transformation.
  • Proficiency in AI tools and methodologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and Robotics Process Automation (RPA).
  • A background in AI ethics, data governance, and AI-powered marketing solutions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
  • Relevant AI/ML certifications, such as Certified Professional in AI Ethics is a plus.
