The role is within the IT Transformation team and is dedicated to enhancing our delivery and change management capabilities across EMEA and global markets.
We are seeking an experienced IT Transformation Portfolio Lead at the Vice-President level to manage and oversee our strategic project portfolios.
This role requires:
- a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, global
- and/or highly complex initiatives with measurable outcomes
- or innovative solutions within our highly regulated environment.
The ideal candidate
- demonstrates strong leadership skills,
- managing medium to large-sized teams of globally dispersed project managers, program manager, portfolio managers, and/or analysists.
- A deep understanding of financial services products and services,
- regulatory adherence, and types of technology required to support is essential to align with the strategic objectives of this role.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Project-Program-Portfolio (3P) Management
- 5+ years experience managing change across multiple business units, including significant business change initiatives
- Previous experience in managing multi-workstream improvement or remediation initiatives is preferred.
- Relevant qualifications required (i.e. PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, MPA, CPD, PfMP, PgMP, Lean Six-Sigma, PMI-ACP, CAPM, etc.) or equivalent or proof of in-process of retaining
- Relevant Methodologies required PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum framework/Agile, Lean, Kanban, XP, TDD, etc.)
- Relevant Education Minimal Bachelor's, Master's Level Preferable
