You'll work via Staffice at a well-organized employer with advanced equipment, in a dynamic 3-shift schedule that runs 7 days a week. Your craftsmanship truly makes the difference here.Responsibilities Operating and adjusting dough-making machinery Weighing and mixing ingredients according to recipes Monitoring dough texture, temperature and consistency Performing in-process quality checks Troubleshooting minor technical issues quickly and efficiently Recording production data and reporting deviations Cleaning and maintaining your workstation daily Working according to HACCP and safety protocols Collaborating with your team in a rotating shift scheduleWhat we're looking for At least 2 years of experience with industrial dough production MBO-level education or equivalent, preferably in food, technical or production fields Strong knowledge of dough texture and preparation Willingness to work in 3 rotating shifts (morning, evening, night), including weekends Technically skilled and detail-oriented Proficient in Dutch or English Physically fit and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment Living in or near Alphen aan den Rijn, or able to commute easilyWhat we offer Gross monthly salary between €2,750 and €3,100 depending on experience Additional shift allowances on top of your base salary Flexible payment: weekly or every 4 weeks Travel cost compensation according to collective labour agreement Accrual of 8.33% holiday allowance and vacation days A stable, professional work environment with modern equipment Opportunities for growth and skill development Quick onboarding through Staffice Friendly colleagues and a supportive team A fun working atmosphere is guaranteedWhy Staffice?Staffice is your trusted partner for flexible work with real security.
