Als Technical Project Lead (TPL) ben je ben je de link tussen de project-organisatie en lijn-organisatie

Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden
 Je bent het aanspreekpunt namens onze afdeling binnen de diverse technische projecten, Dealers systemen projecten en afdeling systeem projecten.
Als Technical Project Lead heb je afstemming met de diverse andere afdelingen over de benodigde deliverables voor het project, zoals de hardware, software en documentatie, die nodig zijn voor het ontwikkelen van diagnose instructies of een dealer- /afdelingssysteem.
Je begeleid, ondersteunt en monitort de plannen en ontwikkeling ter realisatie van project targets, passend binnen de lijn strategie. Je rapporteert de status, bereidt technische besluitvorming voor en initieert correctieve acties indien nodig.
Je bent toegewezen aan een of meerdere projecten en rapporteert aan de manager van de afdeling Service & Troubleshooting Information Projects en informeert het project management over de voortgang.
De manager is over het algemeen de Product Owner, de TPL de Subject Matter Expert en Delegate Product Owner.

Jouw profiel
 Bachelor opleiding in bijvoorbeeld: Automotive engineering, Business management & Business Analyse
Als technical project lead ben je zelfstandig, assertief, pro-actief en besluitvaardig.
Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring bij voorkeur in een (Truck) automotive gerelateerde omgeving.
Je beschikt bij voorkeur over kennis van definitie en acceptatie validatie, diagnostische methoden.
Kennis van Agile scrum is een pre.
Natuurlijk beschik je over goede communicatievaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift.
Je bent een praktische, hands-on projectleider met tactische, organisatie- en planningsvaardigheden , die van nature het voortouw neemt.
