Are you an experienced marketing professional with a passion for the food industry? We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead a dynamic team of two and contribute to the growth of the brand. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for aligning supplier plans (summer, Ramadan), managing promotions for both ongoing and new products, and creating effective promotional materials. You will also oversee private label promotions, attend trade shows in France, Germany, and Dubai, and explore new opportunities with suppliers when launching new products. Market research and pricing analysis will also be key responsibilities. Key responsibilities:Lead a small team of 2 marketing professionalsAlign with suppliers on plans for key seasons (e.g., summer, Ramadan)Coordinate promotions for existing and new productsDevelop effective promotional materials for product campaignsCreate competitive pricing strategies and promotional materials for private labelsRepresent the company at trade shows in France, Germany, and DubaiResearch market trends and competitor pricingSeek new opportunities with suppliers when launching new products Requirements Fluent in English. Fluency in Arabic is a plusFMCG experience5+ years of relevant work experienceLeadership skills to effectively manage and guide your team.Full-time availability in the officeRequired soft skills: flexibility, experience in multicultural environments, strong team player, ability to adapt quickly.
