The Customer Service Manager is responsible for supporting organizational effectiveness by providing leadership, coaching and development for the team and driving continuous improvement to deliver best-in-class customer experience. This leader will provide overall direction to their group around achieving targeted KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives. This position will serve as primary contact for internal and external customer escalations. The Customer Care Supervisor effectively manages direct reports. Responsibilities Review and refine customer service processes to achieve the company’s goals and objectives. Improve and focus on client and customer experience and customer satisfaction. Empower and engage the Customer Service Team o ensure accurate and on-time delivery. Identify system failures and develop IT solutions to overcome the mistakes and better serve the customer. Act as the voice of the customer across the organization ensuring transparency of information and customers’ needs. Maximize the efforts for utilization of the production lines in the company facilities. Working with Planning to ensure ‘right product at the right time (and place)’. Work effectively with all company’s departments (Finance, Purchasing, Marketing) to influence service improvements. Partner with different departments to optimize existing client profitability. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields. 5-8 years’ experience in customer service, ideally in food ingredients, FMCG, or B2B environment. Proven Experience managing mid-size operational customer service teams. Strong strategic and customer focus with a clear understanding of the business. Able to interpret the data in system and develop strategy and make recommendations. Demonstrate ability to motivate and communicate with others at all levels. Languages Required - English is a must; German, French or any other European languages is a big plus. What do we offer?
