Als Medewerker Coördinatie Aircraft Operations monitor jij de processen, stuur je aan op verzoeken en communiceer je via de telefoon en de beschikbaar gestelde systemen. En hoe je dit aanvliegt? Dat is aan jou. We vertrouwen op de manier waarop jij zorgt voor de juiste balans. Dit lukt je ook als de situatie hectisch of stressvol is. Jouw talenten zet jij in bij het:

  • Verzorgen van een efficiënte briefing en overdracht van een dienst. Hiervoor verzamel je de nodige informatie.
  • Houd je (afwijkende) administratie bij van bijvoorbeeld begeleidingen, tijdelijke maatregelen en reiniging.
  • Ondersteunen van de Teammanager Bedrijfsvoering en Senior Aircraft Support Employee.
  • Leveren van een belangrijke waarde in het operationele proces voor het verlopen van een efficiënte en veilige dienst

Tijdens de wintermaanden lever je een bijdrage aan de sneeuw- en gladheidbestrijding. Dit doe je samen met de Teammanager Bedrijfsvoering. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het inrichten van de snowroom. Je geeft opvolging aan winter gerelateerde meldingen en registreert proces verstorende bijzonderheden. Je houdt administratie bij ten behoeve van een efficiënte aflos- en overdracht.

Airport Operations & Aviation Partnerships
Van het moment dat een passagier vanuit huis vertrekt tot aan het moment dat het vliegtuig opstijgt: wij zorgen voor een prettig en veilig vertrek voor alle passagiers. In nauwe samenwerking met jou, zo’n 1000 andere collega’s, 140 airlines en verschillende afhandelaren, stroomlijnen we de processen van A tot Z. Wij zorgen er bijvoorbeeld voor dat er een collega klaarstaat om minder valide personen te begeleiden, vanaf de parkeerplaats tot aan de gate. En dat er genoeg bagagebanden beschikbaar zijn. Ook tijdens (on)geplande werkzaamheden en vertragingen. Samen werken we elke dag aan een robuuste afdeling met een verantwoord en betrouwbaar airportproces.
