Samen met het gehele Finance team speel je een essentiële rol bij het beheren van de financiële gegevens van al onze hotels.


Wat ga je doen?


Als Financial Administrator/GL Accountant ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de planning- en control cyclus en financiële verslaggeving van onze 23 verschillende hotels.


  • Controleren van de gecodeerde inkoopfacturen en doorzetten naar de financiële administratie;


  • Verwerken van de omzet vanuit de verschillende PMS systemen;


  • Het maken van intercompany facturen inzake doorbelasting van kosten;


  • Je houdt je bezig met memoriaal boekingen omtrent de afsluitingen;


  • Verwerken van loonjournaalposten;


  • Beheren en controleren van grootboekrekeningen;


  • Reconciliatie van balansrekeningen;


  • Doen van diverse aangiften (o.a. BTW, toeristenbelasting, CBS);


  • Zelfstandig verzorgen van de maandafsluiting en bijbehorende rapportages;


  • Bespreken van de maandelijkse P&L met de General Managers uit de hotels;


  • Je adviseert vanuit deze rol gevraagd en ongevraagd naar aanleiding van jouw observaties.




Herken je jezelf hierin:


  • Je hebt affiniteit met horeca; leuk als je in een hotel hebt gewerkt


  • Je hebt 3+ jaar ervaring met een soortgelijke rol;


  • Je hebt Hbo werk- & denkniveau;


  • Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands en Engels.


EVENT Hotels, wie zijn wij?
Slechts vijf minuten lopen van station Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA bevindt het kantoor van EVENT Hotels zich. Lekker even wandelen of extern lunchen? Genoeg mogelijkheden in en nabij het gebouw Maar wat houdt EVENT Hotels nu precies in?

EVENT Hotels is het platform waaruit diverse hotelportefeuilles van EVENT Hotels gemanaged worden. Op het kantoor in Amsterdam gaat het op dit moment om 23 hotels verdeeld over 3, 4 en 5 sterren en verschillende hotelmerken door heel Nederland en Oostenrijk. Verder heeft Event Hotels in Keulen een kantoor voor 37 hotels verdeeld over 3, 4 en 5 sterren en verschillende hotelmerken door heel Duitsland en Italië. Voor deze vacature kom je te werken voor de Nederlandse hotels. Daarnaast worden door alle afdelingen diverse services aan de hotels verleend. Het Finance team maakt onderdeel uit van dit platform en is een gecentraliseerde functie binnen de organisatie.
