About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at PPHE Hotel Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in financial accounting and control, focusing on key efficiency and effectiveness projects within the Reserve to Cash cycle.

Your responsibilities will include performing hotel internal audit checks, ensuring accurate cash handling and reconciliation, and supporting the external or internal audit process. You will also be responsible for producing daily, weekly, and monthly management and financial reporting, as well as creating valuable insights by analyzing complex datasets.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our finance leadership team across the Netherlands, Italy, and the UK, and contribute to maintaining efficiency and accuracy in our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform hotel internal audit checks, including revenue recognition and cashiering for Front Office and F&B outlets.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation, and understand the PPHE cash cycle.
  • Support the external or internal audit process, including test of controls and document preparation.
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly management and financial reporting.
  • Analyze complex datasets to create valuable insights.
