About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized AP Financial Administrator to join our team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely payments to suppliers, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable Process Management: Verify incoming invoices on a daily basis and ensure accurate allocation and payment to suppliers or agents.
  • Supplier Management: Set up and update supplier information, as well as maintain accurate records of all interactions.
  • Expense Claim Processing: Manage employee expense claims weekly, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
  • Weekly Supplier Payments: Prepare and process weekly supplier payments in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
