We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at a fast-growing hospitality facility provider. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable financial administrative knowledge and contribute to the company's growth.

In this position, you will work closely with the financial controller and director, managing debtor and creditor administration, and assisting in daily financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and processing incoming purchase invoices;
  • Processing bank statements and preparing payment proposals;
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for suppliers and customers regarding invoice-related inquiries;
  • Administering sales invoices, including sending, monitoring, and processing;
  • Making recommendations to improve financial processes and optimize service delivery;
  • Following up on outstanding customer invoices;
  • Supervising financial administrative activities of interns;
  • Assisting in month-end closing procedures;
  • Expense processing.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, we require:

  • A university degree (HBO+) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in financial administration;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel;
  • Familiarity with various financial software and ERP systems;
  • Fluency in English is required, with Dutch being a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position comes with a competitive monthly salary range of €3000-€3500 gross, depending on your level of expertise and experience. Additional benefits will be discussed during the interview process. You must currently reside in the Netherlands without visa requirements.
