**The Role**:
As a Financial Administrator within Sunrock's finance department, you will play a crucial role in the financial management and project administration of our solar parks. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your contributions will directly influence our efficiency and success.
**Your Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:
- Full responsibility for the financial administration of various entities within Sunrock.
- Processing of incoming and outgoing payments and managing financial transactions and records.
- Monitoring outstanding receivables and liabilities (accounts receivable/accounts payable management) and maintaining customer and vendor relationships
- Handling VAT returns, processing salary journal entries, and maintaining intercompany reconciliations.
- Managing accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding receivables and liabilities.
- Participating in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial closings, and supporting external audit processes
- Collaborating with team members on continuous process optimization and participating in ad-hoc financial projects.
**What You Bring To The Table**:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in financial administration or a related field.
- A Background in accounting, finance, or related disciplines.
- Experience with financial software, particularly ERP systems, is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills. **Proficiency in** **Dutch is highly advantageous.**:
- A detail-oriented, goal-driven approach, with a keen ability to introduce structure and efficiency within a scale-up environment.
- Proactive and confident in proposing new ideas, with a strong interest in process automation and a continuous desire to learn and improve.
