Project Manager at Colourcake

As a Project Manager at Colourcake you’ll be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of creative projects across various channels, including digital, print, video, and social media. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing internal creative teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the client’s vision and Colourcake’s standards. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact between the client and the creative team, ensuring smooth communication and successful project delivery, in charge of creating proposals and running productions, incl. debrief, plan of approach, budgets & high level timelines to sign off for their client portfolio and incoming new business.


Responsibilities
  • Serve as the sparring partner of the project managers and our creative team
  • Meet with your current clients to discuss their needs and provide updates regarding projects
  • Create and maintain proposals incl., complete debrief, plan of approach, budget and high level timeline
  • Support on offering solutions to the projects or the client’s challenges and ensure deadlines are met
  • Support on preparing new business proposals and presentations
  • Responsible to communicate with clients at all stages of a project
  • Ability to run projects from A-Z and support other project managers when necessary
  • Undertake administrative (financial) tasks, arrange and attend meetings
  • Well organized and report on the status of your client portfolio to the head of account management
  • You maintain a good understanding of the industry and market segment your clients are active in

Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of experience in project management within a creative agency or marketing department
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing client relationships, presenting ideas, and handling feedback.
  • Understanding of creative processes, from concept development to final production, across digital, print, and multimedia formats.
  • Ability to identify potential issues before they arise and quickly adapt to changes in project scope or direction.
  • Able to manage tight deadlines and budgets while maintaining quality and integrity of creative work.
  • Experience working with creative and production teams, running productions of both moving and photographic content from concept to post production.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
