Al meer dan 25 jaar werken de nachtreceptionisten van Ivoren Wachters in hotels in het hele land, we zijn hierin marktleider. Ook voor jou hebben wij een fantastische nieuwe uitdaging in onze hotels.




Wat ga je doen?


Als Night Manager werk jij voor diverse 4+- en 5 sterren hotels in Amsterdam en omstreken en bied je uitstekende services aan high-end gasten. Jij als Night Manager bent het visitekaartje van het hotel, verwelkomt de gasten, voert administratieve taken uit en draagt uiteraard ook zorg voor de rust en veiligheid in het hotel. Dit draag je ook over op jouw teamleden en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je traint aanstormende nachtreceptionisten tot de toppers van de markt en maakt de roosters van jouw hotels. Daarnaast help je bij de aansturing van jouw teams en waarborg je de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening.




Onze Night Managers zijn uniek, maar ze hebben één ding gemeen: allemaal doen ze een stapje extra om te zorgen dat de hotelgasten zich welkom en thuis voelen. Daarnaast zet jij je optimaal in voor de bonding en kwaliteit van onze nachtreceptionisten en treed je op als het verlengstuk van onze accountmanagers.




Wat bieden wij jou?


  • Een geweldig salaris van EUR 18,10 bruto per uur*;
  • Een flexibele part -of fulltime baan;
  • Bij goed functioneren, krijg je na 25 gewerkte diensten een opslag op je salaris van maar liefst 3%. Omdat we zo blij met je zijn;
  • We investeren graag in je toekomst; na 8 weken start de opbouw van je pensioen;
  • Een plek waar je verantwoordelijkheid kunt nemen en waar je de kans krijgt om door te groeien tot Projectmanager;
  • Een cursus Bedrijfshulpverlening (BHV);
  • Een aandraagbonus als jij een hospitality topper uit je netwerk aan ons voorstelt

*(Het hotel hanteert de KHN CAO: EUR 18,10 per uur incl. 10% nachttoeslag, 8,33% vakantiegeld en 10,92% opbouw vakantiedagen).



Wat vragen wij?


  • Minimaal 3+ jaar ervaring in de nachtreceptie hebt
  • Al enige aantoonbare ervaring opgedaan hebt in het leiding geven of het inwerken en coachen van teamleden
  • Flexibel en bereid bent te reizen
  • Gastvrij, representatief en communicatief vaardig bent;
  • Graag ‘s nachts werkt (werktijden: 23u-07u);
  • Je een sterke gesprekspartner bent, je onderhoud nauw contact met de opdrachtgevers en uitzendkrachten
  • Je de kwaliteit weet te bewaken en hier de nodige stappen in weet te zetten om verbeterslagen te maken
  • Engelse taal beheerst in spraak;
