TRIBE Amsterdam City is een gloednieuw 4* sterren hotel en een uniek concept binnen Nederland (en het eerste, dus een PRIMEUR). Dit design hotel (4*, 194 kamer) straalt een mix uit van de rauwheid van de plek waar het hotel zich bevindt, Garde du Nord in het centrum van hip & happening Amsterdam Noord, en het interieur dat luxe en veel design uitstraalt. De F&B voor het naastgelegen Mercure Hotel (4*, 110 kamers) wordt ook verzorgd in TRIBE.


TRIBE Amsterdam City is op zoek naar ervaren en aardige ontbijtkok (22-38 uur per week). Jij bent een keukenwonder die in de communicatie richting gasten supervriendelijk is en ultieme service en kwaliteit wil leveren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bereiden van kleine ontbijt gerechten (we verwachten ook creativiteit, je wordt van harte uitgenodigd om mee te denken en met ideeen te komen). Je werkt zelfstandig en bent verantwoordelijk voor de mise en place. Verder zorg je voor de coordinatie en het aanvullen van het ontbijt buffet, diner van onze kleine kaart 's avonds en verzorg je de personeelmaatijden. Je waarborgt de productkwaliteit en werkt volgens de HACCP-normen, inclusief registratie. Je hebt goede kennis van de Allergenen wetgeving. Je houdt je werkomgeving en je apparatuur brandschoon.




Wij zoeken een energieke ontbijt kok met een opgeruimd karakter. Je hebt bij voorkeur minimaal 1 tot 2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke functie. Wij vinden het heel belangrijk dat je gastvrijheid hoog in het vaandel hebt staan. Je zorgt voor een goede interne communicatie naar alle collega's.
