DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station biedt een geweldig uitzicht, uitzonderlijke service en bruisende horeca en is momenteel op zoek naar een nieuwe Casual Breakfast Host om het Food & Beverage Team te versterken.




Ons hotel biedt een bekroonde rooftop bar & terras, een Lobby Bar, een restaurant, onze eigen LOT61 Coffee Store, Amsterdams meest uitgebreide ontbijtbuffet, vijftien veelzijdige vergaderzalen en 557 gastenkamers.



Spannend nieuws Ons hotel ondergaat momenteel een uitgebreide renovatie. Het pop-up restaurant Eastwood Beer & Grill, de Lobby Bar met onze eigen in-house bibliotheek en de Front Office worden momenteel gerenoveerd. Deze renovaties maken deel uit van een groter project, waarbij alle Food & Beverage-outlets in 2024 worden geherpositioneerd en gerebrand. LuminAir, onze Rooftop Bar, heeft al een indrukwekkende rebranding ondergaan en is in juni 2023 heropend. Houd ons in de gaten voor verdere ontwikkelingen, inclusief de herinrichting van onze volledige begane grond



Wie zoeken we / Wat ga je doen?


Sluit je aan bij ons fantastische team als onze nieuwe Casual Breakfast Host. Gelegen in het bruisende hart van Amsterdam, is de ontbijtruimte een geweldige plek om je carrière als gastheer/gastvrouw te starten met een diversiteit aan gasten.



Deze functie omvat de volgende hoofdtaken:


  • Ontvangt alle gasten voor onze ontbijtservice
  • Je geeft uitleg over het buffet, speciale bestellingen en bent verantwoordelijk voor het plaatsen van gasten
  • Je bent een teamspeler die graag werkt in een team van 15 personen per dag
  • Je hebt kennis van en passie voor eten, gasttevredenheid en bent in staat om de kwaliteitsnormen van Doubletree te handhaven
  • Vragen van gasten tijdig en efficiënt afhandelen
  • Zorgen voor een schone werkomgeving
  • Je moet flexibel kunnen werken, ook in het weekend en op feestdagen
  • Controleert de ontbijtruimte op netheid, reinheid, juiste opstelling en reservevoorraden.
  • Voert andere redelijkerwijs gerelateerde taken uit die worden toegewezen door de direct supervisor en het management.
  • Je moet kunnen omgaan met veeleisende en klagende gasten en onder druk kunnen werken.
  • Je moet zowel mondeling als schriftelijk kunnen communiceren met gasten en medewerkers.
