Assistant Store Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Als Assistant Store Manager bij IN GOLD WE TRUST. krijg je de kans om te werken in een omgeving waar vernieuwing en ideeën alle kansen krijgen. Je vertegenwoordigt het imago en de waarden van het merk en werkt samen met de Store Manager om de winkelactiviteiten en het team efficiënt in goede banen te leiden.

Essentiële aspecten van de functie:

• De Store Manager helpen om de KPI’s te bereiken en winstkansen te realiseren;

• Dagelijkse en wekelijkse verkoopdoelstellingen vastleggen voor het winkelteam om de prestaties van de winkel te verbeteren;

• De KPI’s en teamprestaties opvolgen door verslagen op te stellen en de Store Manager op de hoogte te houden over actieplannen;

• De kosten en winkelactiviteiten controleren, zoals voorraadbeheer, loonkosten, administratie en werkschema’s;

• Je team inspireren, motiveren en ontplooien via opleiding, coaching en productkennis;

• De leiding nemen over de winkel als de Store Manager afwezig is;

• Ervoor zorgen dat de hele winkel er perfect uitziet.
