Store Manager – Batavia Stad (38 uur)
The job:
Als assistant store manager ben je samen met jouw team verantwoordelijk voor het totaalresultaat van de O’Neill store. Met jouw grote interesse voor O’Neill ‘lifestyle’ wil je het merk uitstralen en jouw passie uitdragen richting de klant. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten met een glimlach de winkel in- en uitlopen.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- (Mede) verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de omzetdoelen;
- (Mede) verantwoordelijk voor in- en uitgaande kosten aan de hand van O’Neill richtlijnen;
- Juiste inrichting/indeling in de winkel van kleding door het opvolgen en implementeren van O’Neill richtlijnen;
- Managed promoties en productwijzigingen;
- Zorgt met uiterste discipline ervoor dat de voorraad altijd op orde is;
- (Mede) verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werkzaamheden in de winkel;
- Uitstralen van het merk O’Neill en deze te allen tijde beschermen.
Heb jij:
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare positie;
- Excellente communicatievaardigheden;
- People management en motivatievaardigheden;
- Commerciële visie met oog voor trend;
- Passie voor board sport en O’Neill lifestyle;
- en spreek je goed Nederlands?
