What your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-day

We zijn op zoek naar een Guest Relations Stagiair met een oog voor detail en een creatieve mindset. Tijdens deze stage zul je een onvergetelijke ervaring bieden voor elke hotelgast, deels klachten van gasten oplossen, verzoeken van VIP-gasten afhandelen, de Front Office ondersteunen tijdens het inchecken van gasten en voorzieningen naar de kamers brengen. Deze stage is zeer divers en educatief waarbij je veel kunt leren over de verschillende aspecten van een hotel.


Where your journey will take place

De ligging van Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam markeert het hart van Amsterdam door het uitzicht op het Koninklijk Paleis en Nationaal monument op de Dam. Het hotel biedt Restaurant The White Room by Jacob Jan Boerma, het exclusieve restaurant met Michelin-ster in het hotel. Maar ook de bekroonde cocktailbar The Tailor en het modern elegante Grand Café Krasnapolsky.


Samen met 402 moderne kamers, meer dan 2000 vierkante meter vergaderruimte en een Spa & Wellness voor diegenen die op zoek zijn naar ultieme ontspanning, heeft Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky alles om een onvergetelijk verblijf te verzorgen met een authentiek lokaal tintje. Daarnaast onderscheid het hotel zich door de monumentale Wintertuin uit 1880 waar vele speciale evenementen hebben plaatsgevonden en het ontbijt geserveerd wordt.

  • Beschikbaarheid gedurende minimaal 20 weken, 5 dagen per week, zowel doordeweeks als in het weekend;
  • Een flexibele, gemotiveerde, gastvrije en stressbestendige benadering;

  • Het vermogen om gasten te verrassen met jouw speciale aanpak;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en beheersing van de Engelse taal, Nederlands is een pluspunt.
