Purpose of the job

As an Digital Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department


Major Responsibilities

What does this Job do ?

• Administrative Support:

Assisting with invoice processing and vendor management.

Providing general administrative support as needed especially related to client facing needs.

Working directly with different stakeholders to assist where relevant.

• Project Support:

Assisting with various IT projects, including data manipulation, research, and basic testing.

Providing administrative support for project timelines and deliverables.

• Technical Support: Acting as the first point of contact for specific support issues or questions related to:

E-commerce platforms

Manufacturing software

Client-facing applications

Troubleshooting basic technical problems and escalating complex issues to senior IT staff.

• This job provides critical support across administrative, project, and technical domains, directly affecting operational efficiency, project success, and customer satisfaction.

• It is a key way to initiate a first experience with our company and to understand better the way our IT organization is working and interacting with Marketing & Sales in daily operations.

• Close collaboration with IT & and local Customer Care Teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Basic understanding of IT concepts and terminology.

• Eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Main tasks & responsibilities

(1) Make sure that proper invoicing is ensured with our defined IT vendors, administrative compliance and timely payment

(2) Support daily project management and IT operations (planning management, organization, commucation)

(3) Connect with the technical support when needed to track and follow up on issues / implement and enrich the knowledge issue database and take care of known issues & troubleshooting to accelerate resolution time


Skills & Knowledge

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Previous work experience in business IT environment


EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s or University degree in engineering, economics, or IT


SKILLS:

Project management, agile methodology & change management

Proficiency in the use of MS office (Power BI, Teams, )

Supplier / developer management

Digital savy and innovative mindset

Stakeholder Mgnt

Strong capacity to do learn and structure

Proactive

English, other European languages is a plus


Key Decisions

DECISIONS: Respect of planning to make sure that vendors are paid on time

RECOMMENDATIONS:

• Alert and escalade when problems are met (timings or need for resource)

• Additional responsibilities on IT project management depending on the learning curve
