Wat ga je doen

CubeMatch zoekt een enthousiaste Business Analyst met ervaring op het gebied van Digital Transformation binnen de financiële sector.

Als Business Analyst Digital Transformation speel je een cruciale rol bij onze opdrachtgevers door het in kaart brengen van de behoeftes en help je bij de ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten, processen en services. Hierbij maak je gebruik van de nieuwste technologieën (bijv. AI/Robotics) om processen te optimaliseren en te automatiseren. Je bent de schakel tussen de business en IT en je weet precies hoe je stakeholders kunt adviseren en ondersteunen met jouw kennis en expertise.

Je zoekt naar de kern van het probleem van de opdrachtgever en streeft naar een duurzame oplossing. Of je nu aan de slag gaat bij Rabobank, ING, NIBC, Nationale Nederlanden, of een van onze andere klanten: elke opdracht biedt een nieuwe uitdaging die vraagt om jouw expertise, creativiteit en maatwerk.

  • Een salaris tussen de €4200,- en de €6500,- ex vakantiegeld, afhankelijk van jouw leeftijd en ervaring;

  • 26 vakantiedagen;
  • Een werkweek van 32, 36 of 40 uur;
  • Naast een vast dienstverband kun je ook kiezen voor ons Consultant Plus contract. Hiermee heb je de mogelijkheid om te kunnen ondernemen, zonder alle risico’s (basissalaris + variabel).
  • Meedenken en verder opbouwen van het Cubematch Benelux;
  • Als consultant bij ons kan je ook internationaal werken.


Wie ben jij


  • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Business Analyst Digital Transformation binnen de financiële dienstverlening;
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch denkvermogen en bent communicatief vaardig;
  • Je vindt het leuk om mee te bouwen aan onze organisatie;
  • Je beheerst de Engelse en Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift (business level Nederlands);
  • Je hebt eerder gewerkt in een Agile/Scrum omgeving;
  • HBO/WO gediplomeerd.
