Wij nodigen je uit om deel uit te maken van onze missie om duurzame oplossingen te creëren die voldoen aan de behoeften van onze samenleving, nu en in de toekomst.Jouw rolAls HSE Specialist bij Delamine, een joint venture binnen de Nouryon-groep, speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de veiligheid op onze productielocatie in Farmsum (Delfzijl). Je werkt nauw samen met een deskundig QHSE en Continuous Improvement team, waarbij je rechtstreeks rapporteert aan de QHSE & CI Manager. Wat we van jou verwachten
  • Een afgeronde Bachelor in Integrale Veiligheidskunde, Chemical Engineering of een vergelijkbare technische studierichting.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke rol binnen de chemische industrie.
  • Bewezen vaardigheden in het ontwikkelen en geven van HSE-trainingen.
  • Ervaring met het uitvoeren van incidentonderzoeken en het leiden van verandertrajecten.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Een proactieve en veiligheidsbewuste houding, met het vermogen om effectief samen te werken en gedragsveranderingen te bewerkstelligen.
