Als Senior netwerk engineer maak je deel uit van de afdeling Netwerk Control. Je dagelijkse werk bestaat uit het installeren, optimaliseren en operationeel houden van de bij onze opdrachtgever in gebruik zijnde netwerken en toegangscontrolesystemen. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het technisch beheer en zorgt voor communicatie naar je IT collega’s over systemen en applicaties.


Wat ga je doen?

Het beheren van (IT en OT) netwerken en toegangscontrolesystemen:

  • Controleren van de naleving van procedures voor beveiliging, autorisatie en gebruik van systemen;
  • Fysiek installeren, vervangen, testen en in gebruik stellen van componenten van de technische infrastructuur;
  • Het voorbereiden, plannen en implementeren van netwerkgerelateerde veranderingen;
  • Projectmatig uitbreiden, updaten en optimaliseren van de IT- en OT-netwerken;
  • Participeren in netwerk projecten;
  • Onderhouden van nauw contact met collega’s en technische specialisten van andere afdelingen;
  • Het ontwikkelen en het up-to-date houden van technische documentatie;
  • Toezien op en controleren van hoge beschikbaarheid en prestaties van systemen.


Wat breng je mee?

  • HBO of WO werk- en denkniveau (Technische Informatica);
  • Kennis van netwerkdiensten en netwerken zoals TCP/IP, OSPF en EIGRP;
  • Kennis van netwerksystemen zoals switches, firewalls, routers, loadbalancers, etc.;
  • Kennis van netwerktechnologieën en -protocollen zoals Ethernet, Wi-Fi, LTE, SAN, TCP, UDP, PROFINET, ect,;
  • Kennis van ITIL-processen;
  • Je hebt een positieve instelling met zelfsturend vermogen;
  • Gestructureerd en planmatig werken;
  • Analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen;
  • Eventuele certificering op het gebied van Cisco;
  • Je bent bereid om consignatiediensten te lopen.

Contract met uitzicht op vast dienstverband. En hybride manier van werken (3 dagen kantoor 2 dagen thuis)
