Morgan Lab is currently looking for an experienced Sales Engineer This role is within a relatively small organization that is globally recognized for its high-tech laboratory equipment and advanced systems. You will be responsible for growth and expansion within your distribution network. Do you have experience in sales and speak for example Spanish, French or Arabic? Job Description

  • Expanding, managing, and optimizing the distributor network
  • Offering comprehensive support to distributors on marketing and commercial activities
  • Coordinating and participating in online meetings, virtual product demonstrations, seminars, roadshows, and exhibitions alongside distributors
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets by effectively utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Developing a regional sales strategy aligned with overall business goals
  • Training sales partners and facilitating the launch of new products within the region
  • Managing direct sales to key international clients
  • Gathering and reporting market insights to Sales Management and R&D
  • Identifying new business opportunities and potential risks in the market


Job Requirements

  • A completed bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field with Technical Sales experience
  • 5+ years of experience in B-to-B sales
  • Experience or affinity with lab instrumentation is a strong plus
  • Fluent in English, preferably also in Spanish, French and/or Arabic
  • Possession of a valid Category B driver’s license
  • Excellent communication skills, effective organizational and time management skills
  • Willing to travel internationally, up to 10-15% of the time (trade fairs, customer visits, etc.)
  • Resident of the EU or valid work permit as a highly skilled worker (the organization is a registered sponsor with the IND)

Employment Conditions

  • Salary indication: €4,200 – €5,000 gross per month
  • 40-hour workweek (4x9 + 1x4, Friday afternoons off)
