FunctieomschrijvingVoor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een Quality Engineer. Binnen de functie van Quality Engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het kwaliteitsbeheer op het gebied van productie van lamp-onderdelen, spuitgieten, metaalbewerking en automotive. Je komt te werken in een klein team met een meetkamer. Je werkt samen met een andere Quality Engineer die de QC-afdeling aanstuurt.Jij bent dé contactpersoon over Quality naar de klant. Klantvertegenwoordiger tijdens het beantwoorden en oplossen van klachten hoort ook bij jouw rol. Ook is het aan jou om de gehele organisatie te stimuleren tot kwaliteitsdenken. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:
  • Quality Control proces ondersteunen;
  • Continue verbeteren van het aan jou toegewezen product portfolio;
  • Q&A verantwoordelijk tot interne audits;
  • Actieve rol vervullen richting de proceseigenaren;
  • Bijhouden van systeem- en product documentatie;
  • Klantenklachten opvolgen.
Jij kunt mensen enthousiasmeren, overtuigen en stimuleren tot kwaliteitsdenken. Je hebt een coachend vermogen en kunt op alle niveaus op de juiste manier communiceren met collega’s en stakeholders.   • Hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Ervaring met Automative standaarden zoals IATF16949 en VDA systematiek is een pré;
  • 5+ jaar ervaring als Quality Engineer;
  • Kennis van kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Coachend vermogen.
BedrijfsprofielJe komt te werken binnen een organisatie, gevestigd in Zeeland. Zij is gespecialiseerd in de productie van plastic/metaal componenten. Deze componenten worden gebruikt om lampen te assembleren en in de Spuitgieterij.Over BURG QHSSEBURG QHSSE is gespecialiseerd in bemiddeling Quality, Health, Safety Security, and Environment en omvat de integrale benadering van deze aspecten binnen organisaties. Wij zoeken de combinatie tussen werkgever en werknemer, opdrachtgever en specialist of kennisvraag- en aanbod.

Rollen waarin BURG QHSSE recent succesvolle trajecten heeft afgerond -zowel op vaste basis als via interim/ZZP-inzet- zijn (onder andere): Milieukundige, QA Manager, QC Manager, QA/QC Officer, QHSE Coördinator, QHSE Manager, Veiligheidskunde, Auditor en Adviseur Managementsystemen. Via onder andere kennissessies blijven wij en blijft ons netwerk op de hoogte van actuele topics binnen ons vakgebied waardoor wij als gesprekspartner optreden voor grote multinationals en ambitieuze MBK+ bedrijven.
