Als Customer Support Manager coördineer je de afdelingswerkzaamheden en zorg je voor een optimale ondersteuning van klanten. Je geeft leiding aan 4 fte met wie je samen de sales- en programmamanagers ondersteunt bij de commerciële activiteiten die zij richting klanten en prospects ontplooien. In samenspraak met de verantwoordelijke programmamanager bewaak je het contract en zorg je dat alle betrokken stakeholders op de hoogte zijn en blijven. Je beheert en beoordeeld garantieaanvragen en zorgt dat deze correct en conform het contract opgevolgd worden. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de afdelingen product support, verkoop en programmamanagement. Waar nodig optimaliseer je processen en procedures.

Jij onderhoudt relaties met klanten om aangesloten te blijven bij de vraag vanuit de markt en rapporteert direct aan de Directeur.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

* Het zorgdragen voor de offerte- en orderadministratie incl. bijbehorend overleg en opvolging;
* Maken en beoordelen van voorcalculaties en nacalculaties incl. rapportage;
* Beoordelen, uitvoeren en bewaken van klantcontracten en garantieaanvragen.
* Beheren en bewaken van voorraadassortiment, prijslijsten en producten in poolsysteem;
* Beheer van voorraadassortiment spareparts;
* Archivering en beheer klantcontracten;
* Verzamelen, verwerken en verspreiden van markt- en klantinformatie;
* Toezien op de richtlijnen en afspraken conform het contract;
