Kuehne + Nagel is marktleider in Nederland op het gebied van Luchtvracht. Vanuit het Revenue Care Center zorgen wij ervoor dat onze klanten de service van ons krijgen waar wij bekend voor staan. Binnen deze business unit zijn wij opzoek naar een Revenue Care Specialist. Als Revenue Care Specialist ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de verwachtingen van onze stakeholders en klanten als het aankomt op de financiën. Tijdens de processen ben je continu in contact met zowel het Customer Care team als het Operational Care team over hun vooruitgang en processen. Je kan in een dynamische omgeving het overzicht bewaren en garandeert een hoge data kwaliteit. Je weet goed zicht te krijgen op de cijfers achter alle logistieke handelingen en bent veelal in contact met het team en de betrokken partijen.
Je verantwoordelijkheden
- Controleren van in- en uitgaande facturen ten behoeve van de toegewezen operationele afdelingen;
- Monitoren van juistheid, compleetheid en tijdigheid van verkoopfacturen en erop toezien dat dispuutfacturen op tijd opgevolgd worden;
- In samenwerking met de operationele collega’s vragen en problemen oplossen;
- Controleren en bepalen van de juiste resultaten;
- Communiceren van onjuiste nota’s richting leveranciers en/of klanten;
- Facturen klaarzetten voor betaling;
- In overleg met de (senior) expediteur, zorgdragen voor het na belasten;
- Dagelijks met verschillende systemen werken en waarnemen waar we kunnen verbeteren ten opzichte van automatisering
- In samenspraak met de leidinggevende het doorvoeren van correcties.
Jouw skills en ervaringen
- Je hebt minimaal MBO 4 denkniveau en gaat zelfstandig aan de slag;
- Je hebt operationele kennis en enige ervaring in de luchtvaart branche;
- Goede kennis van Engels in woord en schrift;
- Je bent een stevige persoonlijkheid met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een analystische instelling;
- Je hebt een proactieve mindset met een oog voor detail en je gaat initatiefrijk te werk;
- Je gaat secuur te werk, kwaliteit staat bij jouw hoog in het vaandel;
- Je hebt affiniteit met zowel de financiele- als de logistieke sector;
- Je schroomt niet om data te verwerken en bij te houden;
- Je werkt graag met diverse software systemen.
