Vice President of Sales

QLM Search is partnering a leading Global ingredients group that is looking to appoint a VP Sales/Senior Sales Director. Reporting to the CCO and forming part of a high performing divisional SLT, the role will be instrumental in delivering their 5 year commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute effective Ingredient category management strategies to drive sales and profit growth for the business.
-Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales potential.
-Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure the business is meeting their needs and driving customer satisfaction.
-Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the business.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and product launches.
Candidates must have proven experience as a Senior Director/VP Sales within the Flavor OR Ingredients industry selling primarily to Beverage, Food. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a large team. You need strong knowledge of category management strategies across Food & Beverage Ingredients with a track record of driving growth through effective implementation. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities
