Senior Information Security Officer (120k OTE)


Onze cliënt is een toonaangevende speler in de workforce-technologiesector in Europa. Met meer dan 500 medewerkers, voornamelijk vanuit Nederland, bieden zij HR/werving diensten en een technologisch platform voor administratieve en wetgevende taken. Het bedrijf heeft recent verschillende overnames gedaan om hun marktpositie te versterken.


Wij zoeken een Senior Information Security Officer. Je krijgt een breed takenpakket gericht op de interne organisatie, zowel voor product als werkruimte. Als enige ISO neem je veel eigenaarschap, met focus op strategie, hands-on projecten en dagelijks beheer. Kerntaken: ISO27001 management, audits, security awareness, incident coördinatie, vendor management en security strategie.


Er is nog geen CISO-rol, maar wel groeipotentieel daarnaartoe gezien de organisatiegroei. Er is parttime interim ondersteuning op bestuursniveau voor strategische zaken. De rol is nu 70% hands-on en 30% strategie - gepositioneerd als Senior ISO met CISO-doorgroeimogelijkheid.


De juiste kandidaat heeft:

  • Ongeveer 6-7 jaar ervaring in informatiebeveiliging
  • Sterke ervaring met ISO27001
  • Relevante opleiding of certificaten (CISSP, CISM, CISA)
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, ervaring met of potentie voor boardroom communicatie
  • Ervaring in IT-sector of met technologie teams
