At Marconi Associates, we are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Expert to lead our Information Technology and Operational Technology (IT/OT) security efforts. As the Chief Information Security Officer, you will be responsible for safeguarding our technology environments through risk assessments, implementing security measures, and ensuring compliance with European regulations such as NIS2 and GDPR.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in security and an Information Security Engineering background. A strong knowledge of regulatory compliance is required, particularly in areas such as SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC2. Additionally, experience with risk assessments, audits, and incident response planning is essential.

You will also be expected to collaborate with business and tech leaders to embed a security-first mindset across all operations. This includes driving innovation by evaluating emerging cybersecurity technologies to enhance our security strategy.
