FunctieomschrijvingBen jij de gedreven professional die we zoeken om de product- en marketingstrategie voor het packaging portfolio binnen Antalis over de gehele Benelux te beheren, te verbeteren en te promoten?
Als Product Manager Packaging speel je een cruciale rol in het beheren, analyseren en promoten van het packaging productassortiment, terwijl je de marktontwikkelingen analyseert en een aanspreekpunt bent voor zowel interne collega’s als externe stakeholders.
Jouw taken:
- Ontwikkelen van business/marketingplannen voor zowel bestaande als nieuwe producten in packaging portfolio van Antalis met als doel het stimuleren van de verkoop;
- Proactief contact leggen en samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen binnen Antalis waaronder de communicatieafdeling, marketing, e-commerce en het master data team;
- Ontwerpen van verkoop actieplannen/promoties, verzorgen van producttrainingen en nauwlettend volgen van marktontwikkelingen;
- Analyseren van nieuwe producten om de marktpotentie te beoordelen, het vaststellen van doelstellingen en mede verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor het marketingbudget;
- Uitvoeren van prijsanalyses en concurrentieanalyses;
- Betrokkenheid bij sales meetings en regelmatig overleg met de sales director en category managers;
- Organiseren van diverse evenementen, inclusief productlanceringen, acties voor voorraadverkoop en effectief beheer van de voorraad.
In deze dynamische functie wordt een flexibele houding en gestructureerd werken verwacht, aangezien je met verschillende taken tegelijk bezig bent. Belangrijk is om goed het overzicht te kunnen behouden en goed te kunnen prioriteren. Samenwerken met collega's is van groot belang, en regelmatige aanwezigheid op de werkvloer wordt verwacht, hoewel de mogelijkheid tot deels thuiswerken ook aanwezig is. Je zal af en toe ook klanten en leveranciers bezoeken.
Functie-eisen- Afgeronde HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in sales, product management of marketing;
- Aantoonbare ervaring in marketing, product management en/of sales;
- Achtergrond in of kennis van de verpakkingssector- of grafische sector is een pré;
- Analytisch, gestructureerd, creatief, proactief en commercieel;
- Ervaring met CRM-systemen en tools zoals SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, websites, etc;
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;
- Bereidheid om te reizen binnen de gehele Benelux.
