Wat je kan verwachten
Als schoonmaker binnen de afdeling Stewarding voorzie je de verschillende keukens binnen het hotel dagelijks van alle benodigde materialen en draag je tevens zorg voor de afwas en schoonmaak. Dit alles volgens zeer strenge HACCP-normen.
Als schoonmaker in de keuken zorg je ervoor dat alle werkgebieden opgeruimd en schoon blijven. Een belangrijk aspect van de functie zijn de wisseldiensten, waaronder weekend -en avonddiensten. Je hoofdtaken zullen zijn:
- Het schoon en netjes houden van werkgebieden;
- Het werken volgens de HACCP kwaliteitseisen.
Wees gerust, je werkt niet alleen Naast werken binnen je eigen team, werk je ook nauw samen met andere teams binnen het hotel. Want alleen door samen te werken bereiken we de beste resultaten. Werkzaamheden worden uitgevoerd in wisseldiensten gedurende 7 dagen per week. Je werkt hierin 2-5 diensten per week, 7,6 uur per dag. De diensten zijn als volgt 08:00-16:00 uur, 14:00-22:00 uur en eventueel van 00:00-08:00 uur. Ook op feestdagen wordt er gewerkt.
Wat wij bieden
- Contract: 1 jaar, mogelijkheid tot verlenging, we willen dat je blijft

- Bonus: 1 week salaris wanneer het hotel haar gebudgetteerde GOP (Gross Operating Profit) behaalt
- 8% vakantiegeld (pro rato);
- 25 vakantiedagen per jaar (pro rato).
- Compensatie voor Nationale feestdagen.
- Horeca CAO is van toepassing;
- Algemene Pensioen regeling van Horeca en Catering
- Algemene Nabestaanden pensioen;
- Aantrekkelijke family en friends rates op overnachtingen bij Hotel Okura Amsterdam;
- Één keer per jaar personeelskorting in een van de restaurants (50%);
- Personeelskorting in onze restaurants (20%);
- Tegemoetkoming in reiskosten vanaf 10 km (enkele reis);
- Na het behalen van de proeftijd ontvang je een overnachting met ontbijt cadeau (2 personen), zodat je het hotel kan ervaren als een gast
