Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify, develop, and present new business opportunities
- Support the Sales team administratively including correspondence, preparing reports
- Maintain guest profiles, contacts and additional necessary records used in the Sales department
- Assist with the preparation of contracts, proposals and track the completion status.
- Assist with the preparation and organization of Internal and external meetings, such as, commercial meetings, site inspections, client events
Skills/Knowledge Required:
- Must be self directed, motivated and demonstrate intuitive customer service and interpersonal skills
- Communicates clearly, concisely, and openly in all interactions.
- Has exceptional attention to detail, organizational, analytical and time management skills.
- Multi-tasks and prioritizes in a fast-paced work environment.
- knowledge of Opera is Preferred.
