Thales Cryogenics Bij Thales Cryogenics in Eindhoven zijn ca. 70 mensen werkzaam. Wij ontwikkelen, produceren en verkopen wereldwijd miniatuur cryogene koelsystemen. Deze worden voornamelijk gebruikt om hightech sensoren te koelen die het mogelijk maken om de wereld “zichtbaar” te maken. Onze koelsystemen worden op grote schaal toegepast in hoogwaardige infrarood apparatuur in de civiele, ruimtevaart en militaire markt. Wij zijn voortdurend op zoek naar mogelijkheden voor andere toepassingen, zoals bijvoorbeeld nieuwe mogelijkheden in de ruimtevaart en hightech civiele industrie. Thales Cryogenics is als kleine vestiging onderdeel van Thales Group, waarmee je het beste van twee werelden hebt; de voordelen van een grote multinational met alle faciliteiten en professionele processen én de informele cultuur van een klein bedrijf waar iedereen elkaar kent en met elkaar samenwerkt.Hou je van afwisselende werkzaamheden, in een klein bedrijf zodat je impact kan maken, maar als onderdeel van groot bedrijf zodat je beide werelden hebt? Dan is dit de baan voor jouAls Financial Talent neem je de debiteuren- en crediteurenadministratie onder je hoede – van factuurverwerking tot en met betaling. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met diverse analyses, het aansluiten van balansposten en fungeer je als back up van de financial controller. We zijn een nieuw ERP systeem aan het implementeren, waardoor we op zoek zijn naar iemand die enerzijds de werkzaamheden in de (ver)oude(rde) omgeving zo efficiënt en slim mogelijk kan uitvoeren totdat het systeem uitgefaseerd is - en anderzijds in verbeteringen denkt om de afdeling mede voor te bereiden op de implementatie van het nieuwe ERP systeem. Dus naast je operationele rol, bouw je tevens mee om het team naar een hoger niveau te tillenDe belangrijkste taken zijn:
  • Factuurverwerking en ophalen van akkoorden in de organisatie

  • Alles rondom cash:
    • Crediteurenadministratie: verwerken van inkomende facturen, verzorgen van betalingen, contactpersoon voor leveranciers omtrent betalingen
    • Debiteurenadministratie: verwerken van facturen, bewaken/najagen van debiteurenposten bij klanten, betalingsverwerking
    • Afstemming omtrent betalingsverwerking met het hoofdkantoor

  • Maand- en jaarafsluiting
    • Ondersteuning van de financial controller met diverse werkzaamheden en fungeren als back up
    • Analyse / bewaking diverse tussenrekeningen (bijv goederenontvangst/factuurontvangst)

  • Verbeteringen signaleren / onderzoeken / oppakken
Functie-eisen:• Je hebt HBO denkniveau, een afgeronde opleiding in een financiële richting en relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een productie bedrijf / de maakindustrie.• Je vindt het leuk om operationeel werk te verzetten en hebt een hands on mentaliteit. Je vindt het geen probleem dat eea plaats vindt in een verouderd ERP (MFG Pro).• Je kan goed omgaan met de vrijheid om zelf je werk te structureren en pakt verantwoordelijkheid om je werk tijdig, juist en volledig af te ronden.• Je werkt accuraat, kan omgaan met interne reporting deadlines en het tijdig nakomen van betalingstermijnen aan leveranciers.• Je bent analytisch sterk (en uiteraard handig in Excel en bij voorkeur ook in Access).• Je hebt een kracht in het opmerken van verbeteringen en toont initiatief om dit in gang te zetten.• Je bezit goede communicatieve vaardigheden en kan gemakkelijk schakelen met verschillende partijen.• Je hebt oog voor zelfreflectie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.• Je werkt minimaal 3 dagen op kantoor, en maximaal 2 dagen per week thuis.• Nederlands en Engels is vereist.
