Legal Counsel
Deal driven and down to earth

As Legal Counsel your focus is on deal related responsibilities where you work closely with the deal teams and other colleagues. You work on a substantial number of investments primarily executed in Amsterdam and Hong Kong and provide all related legal support in relation thereto. Reviewing and negotiating transaction documentation, assisted by outside counsel and monitoring existing investments, are examples of your day-to-day work. Also, general corporate affairs and contracting related matters are part of your responsibilities.

Profile

* 5-8 years of working experience
* as a lawyer at a top tier international law firm and/or as inhouse legal counsel
* broad experience with transactional/funds practice and general corporate law
* experience with primary fund investments, co- investments, secondary transactions and credit secondaries/portfolio finance transactions
* fluent in EnglishProposition

* close and active high-quality involvement with deals
