STAR Housekeeping team is een gespecialiseerd schoonmaakbedrijf voor hotels en heeft jarenlange ervaring in de hotellerie. Als medewerker zorg je er voor dat de gasten van het hotel zich direct welkom en thuis voelen in een schone en frisse hotelkamer. Jouw werk bepaalt in belangrijke mate de kwaliteit van het verblijf van de hotelgasten. Een verantwoordelijke baan dus, maar bovenal een hele leuke baan. Mercure Amsterdam North Station is een gloednieuw 4* sterren hotel (110 kamers), gelegen naast Gare du Nord, in het centrum van Amsterdam Noord. Het hotel gaat in Q1 van 2022 open, dus iedereen die een (pre-)opening wil meemaken is van harte welkom Bij Mercure Amsterdam North Station zijn wij op zoek naar nieuwe collega's voor de schoonmaak van de hotelkamers voor 10-38 uur per week. De werkdagen zijn van maandag tot en met zondag. We bepalen samen met jou op welke dagen en tijden je werkt.

Samen met je collega’s zorg je dat de gasten van het hotel een prettig verblijf hebben en zich thuis en welkom voelen. Jouw werk bepaalt in belangrijke mate de kwaliteit van het verblijf van de hotelgasten. Een baan, waarbij je alles in het werk stelt om kwaliteit en service van hoog niveau te bieden. Je maakt de hotelkamers schoon en verricht verschillende werkzaamheden. Ook zorg je dat de openbare ruimtes van het hotel er piekfijn uitzien.

Je bent representatief. Jouw werk en ook jijzelf zijn visitekaartjes van het hotel. We bieden je een inwerktraject aan, waarbij we je leren hoe je het werk kwalitatief en met een hoog serviceniveau uitvoert. Je leert hoe je diverse materialen en middelen moet gebruiken en welke werkwijze de hoogste kwaliteit oplevert. We besteden daarbij veel aandacht aan gastvrijheid, service en hoe je gasten vriendelijk te woord staat. Het is belangrijk dat je de Nederlandse of de Engelse taal goed beheerst.

Mercure Amsterdam North Station is a brand new 4* star hotel (110 rooms), located next to Gare du Nord, in the center of Amsterdam North. The hotel will open in Q1 of 2022, so anyone who wants to experience a (pre-) opening is very welcome in Mercure Amsterdam North Station we are looking for new colleagues for the cleaning of the hotel rooms for 10-38 hours per week. The working days are from Monday to Sunday. We determine together with you on which days and times you work.

Together with your colleagues you ensure that the guests of the hotel have a pleasant stay and feel at home and welcome. Your work largely determines the quality of the stay of the hotel guests. A job in which you make every effort to provide quality and high-level service. You clean the hotel rooms and carry out various activities. You also make sure that the public areas of the hotel look very smart.

You are representative. Your work and you yourself are business cards of the hotel. We offer you an induction process, where we teach you how to perform the work qualitatively and with a high level of service. You will learn how to use various materials and resources and which method yields the highest quality. We pay a lot of attention to hospitality, service and how you speak to your guests in a friendly manner. It is important that you have a good command of the Dutch or English language.
