Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Room Attendant to join our team at The Hoxton Lloyd Amsterdam. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Clean and maintain hotel rooms to the highest standards, adhering to all brand standards and quality audit requirements.
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, reporting any breaches to the Head Housekeeper.
  • Attend training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest cleaning techniques and products.
Requirements
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • A high level of attention to detail, ensuring that rooms are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, supporting your colleagues to achieve our goals.
