OVER THE DEN ‘S-HERTOGENBOSCH


In maart 2022 opende The Den, 's-Hertogenbosch, een Tribute Portfolio Hotel, zijn deuren als onderdeel van de Odyssey Hotel Group en franchise van Marriott International. Met 160 hotelkamers, Meetingcentre The Den met 5 vergaderruimtes, Restaurant The Den op de begane grond en Current Rooftop Restaurant & Bar op de 9e etage, biedt het hotel een uitgebreid scala aan faciliteiten.


Current Rooftop is een ware landmark in de skyline van 's-Hertogenbosch en kan niet worden gemist Met één locatie en drie settings biedt het een levendige cocktailbar met de beste signature cocktails, een stijlvol restaurant met een eigentijdse benadering van (Franse) klassiekers en een fantastisch dakterras met adembenemend uitzicht over de hele stad.



OVER ODYSSEY

POSITIE
Als Operational medewerker bij Hotel The Den richt je je op het leveren van een positieve eetervaring. Dit omvat taken zoals het bedienen van gasten, het opnemen van bestellingen enhet handhaven van een schone en gastvrije omgeving in het restaurant of de bar. Daarnaast zul je ook ondersteunen bij de Front Office. Teamsamenwerking en uitstekende klantenservice zijn belangrijke aspecten van uw rol bij het waarborgen van de gasttevredenheid in het hotel.





JOUW BELANGRIJKSTE VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN


  • Begroet en bedien gasten in Hotel The Den
  • Neem nauwkeurige bestellingen voor eten en drinken op
  • Bereid en serveer maaltijden in overeenstemming met vastgestelde normen
  • Zorg voor netheid in eetruimtes
  • Werk samen met het team om hoge servicenormen te handhaven
  • Werk in verschillende ruimtes, zoals het restaurant, de bar, de keuken, of de front office.
  • Lever consequent uitstekende klantenservice
  • Zorg voor een positieve en plezierige eetervaring voor hotelgasten


PROFIEL


Wij zoeken iemand met passie voor de horeca en de volgende kwaliteiten:


  • Bij voorkeur ervaring in de hotelsector of een diploma van een hotelopleiding.
  • Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.
  • Kennis van Opera PMS en Marriot Systems is een groot pluspunt.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een gastvrije houding.
  • Stressbestendigheid en het vermogen om effectief te reageren op vragen en verzoeken van gasten.
  • Teamspeler die bijdraagt aan een positieve werkomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een autorijbewijs.
