The Position

Hotel The Den is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Operations Intern to join the team. The intern will work directly with the operational management team and involve overseeing and coordinating the various operational activities to ensure the smooth running of the Hotel.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the hotel.
  • Developing and implementing operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Analysing financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Creating and implementing performance metrics to measure and track progress.
  • Working closely with department heads to ensure smooth running of operations.
  • Managing projects and ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Managing and developing a team of operational staff.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
