We hebben een uitstekende nieuwe kans voor een Operations and Compliance Coordinator om ons team te versterken in ons Recruitment Team in Nederland, kantoor in Den Haag, op een toplocatie direct boven Den Haag Centraal Station. Gemakkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer, de fiets en de auto, de locatie plaatst ons dicht bij enkele van onze grote klanten en het biedt ook een scala aan lokale winkels, restaurants, sportscholen en andere faciliteiten.
De operatie in Nederland is gericht op een verscheidenheid aan voornamelijk technische markten. We leveren aan een aantal van onze belangrijkste wereldwijde klanten, die gevestigd zijn in het land en een verscheidenheid aan lokale klanten. We zijn op zoek naar iemand om het team te versterken als Operations and Compliance Coordinator om administratieve ondersteuning te bieden, voornamelijk voor recruitment
- en payrollteams. De succesvolle kandidaat spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, heeft relevante ervaring samen met sterke probleemoplossende en organisatorische vaardigheden.
Belangrijkste kenmerken zijn:
- Volledige administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan het personeel van de wervingsafdeling, het beheren van opdrachten van contractanten (ZZP, uitzending, payroll etc.).
- Toezicht houden op en ondersteunen van de payrolling
- en factureringsprocedures voor de Nederlandse divisie.
- Kopieën verkrijgen en kwalificaties, identificaties en referenties van kandidaten verifiëren, deze informatie invoeren in de juiste wervingssoftware.
- Uitstekende communicatie en relaties onderhouden met alle contractanten van de divisie, het beheren van de volledige levenscyclus van contractdocumentatie, inclusief maar niet beperkt tot het voorbereiden van contracten, verlengingen, herzieningen en beëindigingen.
- Nauwkeurige elektronische archivering van klant
- en kandidaatcontracten en andere vereiste gegevens in de juiste kandidatendatabases onderhouden.
- Relaties ontwikkelen binnen alle belangrijke externe partijen, waaronder immigratieadviseurs, accountants, klanten etc. om zowel bedrijfs
- als regionale doelstellingen te ondersteunen.
- Orion-projecten ondersteunen waar de divisie bij betrokken is, bijvoorbeeld VCA-audits, specifieke wervingsgerelateerde projecten.
- Algemene administratieve taken uitvoeren, waaronder maar niet beperkt tot het verwerken van facturen, het bijhouden van klantenbestanden, het organiseren van koeriers, het bijhouden van kantoorurenstaten, het bestellen van bedrijfsmerkgebonden briefpapier en alle andere taken die nodig zijn.
