Spektrum, a leading provider of specialist services to the aerospace and defense sector, has an exciting opportunity for a Project Management and Operations Coordinator to join its team. Based in The Hague, Netherlands, this role will provide administrative support to project managers and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.

As a Project Management and Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Documenting reviews, action items, and project deliverables;
  • Requesting and extending computer accounts for contractors;
  • Meeting and travel scheduling;
  • Initiating and overseeing acquisition status follow-ups for small procurements;
  • Information management for project managers, including formatting documents, reviewing progress, and supporting project completion;
  • Processing information into and out of Service Now, the agency's project management software, in support of daily meetings, resource management, and project execution.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A formal project management qualification, such as PRINCE 2 or PMI PMP, or relevant experience;
  • Experience in maintaining Share Point workspaces and portals;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
  • The ability to work with a team of project managers and support them in developing project plans, cost plans, resource allocations, and procurement activities;
  • Proactive and independent working style;
  • In-depth knowledge of MS-Office tools;
  • A strong understanding of project administration tasks, including documentation requirements, project development task flows from start-up to closure, and supporting projects delivery within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality limits;
  • Familiarity with NATO regulations and NCI Agency project management policies and procedures.

We offer a competitive salary, which is estimated to be €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
