Job Overview

We're seeking an ambitious Operations Intern to join our team at Hotel The Den 's-Hertogenbosch. This role involves overseeing and coordinating various operational activities to ensure the smooth running of the hotel. You will work directly with our operational management team and have the opportunity to develop and implement operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Analyse financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and implement performance metrics to measure progress.
  • Collaborate with department heads to maintain efficient operations.
  • Oversee projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Develop and lead a team of operational staff.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing or recently graduated in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with guests, staff, and management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
