Orchestrates the holistic and connected consumer journey for Jordan Brand, with end in mind against Jordan stores & Nike Direct store formats. Responsible for creating breakthrough Basketball and style led product presentation strategies that push the brand forward and own the industry. Elevate the emotion of our most innovative products for the Jordan Brand. EMEA conduit and connector of best-in-class offline retail experiences; ultimately inspiring, empowering and serving key cities and Leagues.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a team member that is consumer-centric, strategic, team first minded, creative and obsesses how we bring our product innovation storytelling to life at direct retail – an expert Visual Merchandising & Styling leader that can help us develop, adapt and implement stores marketing strategies across our EMEA Jordan stores & Nike Direct store formats

Retail is detail, so the ideal candidate will be well organized, can easily navigate a vast and complex matrix and strives in a fast-paced environment. This leader will immerse themselves in the business and constantly look for opportunities to evolve and improve the way we tell our product storytelling, styling expressions, all to connect with consumers

What you will work on

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with Global, EMEA and City/ League teams to set, create or adapt and implement Visual Merchandising & Styling strategies that define the vision for product presentation seasonally and 365 across connect across Sport, Energy and Streetwear
• You will be responsible for understanding both the art and science of marketing; obsessing the product, business, consumer trends and develop creative ways we tell our Jordan product story telling in store. You will also work closely with Retail Design and Business teams to set long term vision and elevation towards existing and new store openings
• Drive the VM&S led work-streams for new store openings: Concept and Category Zoning, Fixture layouts, Signage and Mannequins strategy
• Collaborate and work across multiple collaborators within the matrix, leading teams, demonstrating alignment and progress

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

• If this is you, you will report directly into the EMEA Jordan Stores Marketing Director.
• Key internal partners include the Jordan Brand Marketing, Operations, Planning, Merchandising, Sales, Brand Design teams including the Key city and League teams. Additional partners include the Nike Direct Stores Marketing Teams.
• External teams include agency partners and EMEA Strategic Franchise Partners.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Extensive Visual Merchandising & Styling experience from offline retail is mandatory and sporting goods or fashion experience is preferred
• Retail Stores Marketing experience is preferred
• Strategic problem solver and visionaries. An impeccable ability for balancing creativity with business needs keeping the consumer at the center, understanding their shopping behaviors and retail journeys
• Able to demonstrate experience in setting strategy, development and implementation
• Proactive, self-motivated and excellent organizational skills and ability to act as excellent problem solver
• Proven record of working optimally and effectively with x-functional teams
• Exceptional written, verbal, visual communication and presentation skills
• A people-first approach that values diversity
• Ability to travel approx. 15-20%
