Using channels ranging from retail stores to social media, Marketing teams connect the science and art of Nike innovations to the hearts and minds of athletes around the world.

Retail is detail, so the ideal candidate will be well organised, understand complex matrix and manages stakeholders in fast pace. This leader will immerse themselves in the business and constantly look for opportunities to evolve and improve the way we elevate Nike Stores in-store journey, x-functional processes, all in an effort to connect with consumers by elevating our seasonless experiences including in-store communications.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will be responsible for leading development, adaptation & execution of Nike Direct Stores directions across our retail concepts - delivering consumer first, industry leading retail journeys. Working cross-functionally to extend Nike Stores portfolio in EMEA and lead new Marketing rollout plans across the marketplace and achieve scale.

You will partner with Global, EMEA and City/ Territory retail marketing teams to set, adopt and implement Nike Stores Retail Experience strategies that define the vision for Nike Stores.

Your team will be responsible for understanding both the art and science of marketing; obsessing the in-store environment, communication, business, consumer habits, develop creative and impactful ways we tell our elevations in store. You will also work closely with Retail Design and Business departments to set long term vision and elevation towards existing and new store openings.

Defining and leading new traffic driving opportunities by working with relevant teams and partners is one of the key part of the role.

A crucial part of this role is to provide leadership, clear direction, proactivity and priorotisation to your team.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

If this is you, you will report directly into the Director Retail Experiences EMEA. You will be part of a team that collaborates daily with the Nike Stores Business teams, Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Product, Retail Design, Brand Marketing, Digital Brand, Global and City/Territory teams all with the goal to tell amazing stories, deliver impactful experiences and increase awareness and sales in the marketplace.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Longterm years of experience of retail brand, visual merchandising experience (building and implementing strategies)
  • Experienced marketing leader, a people-first approach that values diverse thought and is committed to building a diverse team
  • Strategic thinker and visionary. An impeccable ability for balancing creativity with business needs keeping the consumer at the center for Retail destinations
  • Experience working in a matrix-organization and to collaborate cross-functionally towards a common goal
  • Develop, Adopt, Execute seasonless directions and in-store communication rollouts for Nike Direct Stores to create meaningful consumer and product experiences
  • Build x-functional seamless processes to drive optimised large and vertical fleet expansion & aligned business goals A track record of implementing a test and learn offense
  • Pro-active problem solver, with an ability to assess an issue and develop action steps for resolution
  • A passion for the Athlete, Sport and Culture along with a sense of humor and humility - ensuring team success, while having fun
  • Ability to travel 15%
