Based in the Nike European Headquarters in Hilversum, you will be part of the Consumer Construct Marketing team in EMEA. This team is responsible to orchestrate all product marketing campaigns and long-term concepts for every sports dimension, in the region of Europe, Middle East and Africa. In these roles, you have the opportunity to work rather exclusively on the Men's Football dimension or on the agile team of Women's Sports – both high performance teams that operate in a high pace environment to be able to react at the pulse of sport.

We are hiring for two positions for different teams: one for Men's football brand marketing and the other one for women's sport brand marketing,

We are looking for a curious, driven and talented brand marketeer with strong affinity to Football and Sports industry. A marketeer who is looking to accelerate the cross functional marketing skills and keen to envision the future of sport and its influence over culture. A relationship builder, who is highly driven to achieve results in partnership. You will have to be able to communicate & collaborate seamlessly across teams and will need to manage multiple stakeholders (internally and externally), demonstrating enterprise thinking while obsessing the last mile to ensure success. An individual who embodies the values that our company holds dear and of course, an individual willing to adapt on the fly, all while maintaining a positive growth mindset.

The Roles

  • For both roles, you will support the seasonal offence, working with the team to craft and execute category and seasonal initiatives that build brand strength, demand, and forge unbreakable relationships with our consumers and communities the brand serves.
  • For both roles, you will also help put into place the learning agenda and monitor KPIs, as we continually evaluate the work, our approach and how we evolve (knowledge of marketing science and data is a bonus). Owner of seasonal recaps inclusive of findings and opportunities. Deliver best practices and standards.
  • The Men's Football role will act as a core member of the One Football offense in EMEA, contributing and connect daily with the Women's & Kid's Football teams, as well as Global and City Brand teams to coordinate and collaborate to drive efficiency & alignment for our marketing plans. This role will also be a key partner with other Marketing Functions to deliver seasonal plans. There will also be a strong focus on product marketing, working closely with product and marketplace teams – from seasonal key looks, to launch and release calendars. You will also be responsible for owning product management end to end, including seeding, samples and marketing contract management.
  • Agile in nature, the Women's Sports role will lean into key brand initiatives and sports moments within Women's Performance – supporting end to end seasonal marketing campaigns that tap into the energy of Women's Sports (Football, Basketball, Tennis, Skateboarding, Running...), coordinating across teams to drive efficiency and alignment. This role is project-based, which means an opportunity to work with a very diverse portfolio of sports/athletes/product depending on the priorities of the season.

Who will you work with?

As the Specialist II, Brand Marketing Men's Football EMEA, you will report to one of the EMEA Men's Football Lead Professionals.

As the Specialist II, Brand Marketing Women's Sports & Brand Initiatives EMEA, you will report directly into the EMEA Women's Sports & Brand Initiatives Director.

Both will work alongside a team of other EMEA Brand Management Directors, Lead Professionals, and Professionals across the Women's, Men's and Kids Consumer Constructs.

You will also collaborate and partner with: Consumer Direct Marketing, Brand Creative, Product Merchandising, Sports Marketing, Energy Marketing, Planning, NDDC, MPU / Wholesale Partners, City Marketing, Global Brand Marketing, and Insights.

What you will bring

  • First years of experience in marketing, with distinction in digital platforms and a clear understanding of the art and science of marketing.
  • Ideally you have prior product experience
  • You will have an absolute passion and obsession for sports & sports culture in any or all it's various forms
  • Strong understanding and connection to the consumer
  • Problem solver with Enterprise Thinking and a proven ability to collaborate, drive and deliver results.
